By using WorkOrdinate ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
WorkOrdinate is a web-based service request tracking tool for service-based businesses. It lets providers manage requests from their customers without requiring customers to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use it on behalf of a business you don't own or have authorization to manage.
You must provide accurate information when setting up your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
You may use WorkOrdinate to manage service requests for a business you own or legally operate. You may not:
You are responsible for how you use customer information collected through the Service. Use customer contact details only for legitimate, service-related communications. Do not use the Service to collect data beyond what is needed to manage service requests.
WorkOrdinate is a paid subscription service. Pricing is shown at workordinate.com/#pricing. The subscription includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will never charge you for a period you cancelled before it began.
We aim to keep WorkOrdinate running reliably. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime and as such, we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and provide a way to export your data.
Your data belongs to you. CSV export is available from your dashboard at any time, and you may request a full data export by contacting support before cancelling your account.
WorkOrdinate is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including damages from customer disputes, missed deadlines, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
